About TACTILIA
It consists of surfaces engraved with imprints and grooves that the author shapes or sculpts, experiencing and provoking a tactile and visual experience that generates inner visions and interiorization.
Interiorizing: to make a part of one’s own inner being or mental structure.
TACTILIA works of art are also an exercise of tactile memory and the synchronism between imagining and interiorizing. They are an aesthetic and sensory proposal by Guido Dettoni. The frame of the experience is to see with the hands, by palpating, (inner visions) and to touch with the eyes, by gazing (interiorization). They are placed horizontally on a plane or, vertically, hanging.

The works TACTILIA can be reproduced in various materials, like marble, granite, wood, resin, porcelain, ceramics, and others.
